In 2014, Josef »Joe« Koch, former headmaster, now philosoph, has approached me to design a lyric book he wrote. I was amazed by the gravity of the texts he wrote and immediately began strongly visualizing them. Over the years, four books have  emerged from our breathtaking co-operational effort. The editorial design, layout and the photographies were designed to reflect the darkness and gravitational intensity of Joe’s lyrical efforts. To reflect this general mood of mostly dark and moody lines, i stuck to corresponding colors, keeping things in an abstract level to allow for a broad band of interpretation and underline the profound lyrical work he has done. I dearly value his work and I feel a very close connection to the content he produces, so working together with Joe proved and still proves to be a profound experience.
